For over a quarter of a century, as a family business from Dzierzążenka, we have built lasting trust with anglers and divers by turning our passion into master-level craftsmanship.
Craftsmanship Roots
The ASSAN Company story is a tale of passion passed down through generations. It all began in the 90s in Złotów, with shared trips to the water, fishing competitions, and active involvement in PZW (Polish Angling Association) circles. It was there, in the heart of nature, that Bogdan Pozarowszczyk and his son Ireneusz came up with the idea to turn their passion for fishing into a craft.

It was there, in the heart of nature, that Bogdan Pozarowszczyk and his son Ireneusz came up with the idea to turn their passion for fishing into a craft.
AS and SAN - Our Roots
The first floats, spoons, and weights were crafted in a home workshop. Few people know that our company name, ASSAN, was derived from our very first products: the "As" and "San" lures.
For over 20 years, Katarzyna and Ireneusz Pozarowszczyk ran the "WOBLER" fishing tackle shop, putting their heart and soul into ensuring every customer left with a smile and the best equipment.

For decades, we have been perfecting our manufacturing processes. Over time, our range has expanded to include products that are now icons in the industry, such as our famous Gold Stoppers. Our commitment to authentic craftsmanship led to over 30 years of partnership with master artisan Krzysztof Gębski. Through this collaboration, the Gębale wobblers – engineered and tested with absolute precision – have become an essential part of the ASSAN identity.

We are constantly working on establishing our presence in more European countries.

As a family-run business, we are constantly refining our processes, overseeing every detail – from the initial mold in Złotów to the final product in your hands.
